The Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading-Edge Solutions (EAGLE) is a multiple-award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle, which is specifically designed as the preferred source of IT services for the majority of the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS’s) enterprise infrastructure and initiatives. EAGLE offers a broad range of services, solutions, and contract types to fulfill the majority of component and departmental IT services needs.

EAGLE II is the DHS’s department-wide platform for acquiring IT services and solutions. EAGLE II – Small Business is a suite of IDIQ, contracts to acquire IT support services to accomplish DHS mission objectives.

Functional Category 1 – Service Delivery

The Information Technology Acquisition Center (ITAC), within DHS Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), is pleased to present the solicitation for the EAGLE II program. The objective of the procurement is to establish the next generation of EAGLE IDIQ contracts. EAGLE II will provide IT support services in three functional service categories: Functional Category 1 – Service Delivery, which will provide a full range of services and solutions in support of developing, implementing, and maintaining technology to support the DHS mission and business functions across the entire lifecycle of a program.
