Business Process Reengineering

Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) is a revision of management strategies and process at all organizational levels to improve performance and customer satisfaction while reducing costs. BPR can focus on the entire organization or just one process. It helps organizations rethink how they do their work and how they view the ultimate process outputs to improve customer service. BPR typically involves one or more of these functions: business needs analysis, IT infrastructure analysis, change management for the organization and individuals, and continuous improvement to maintain and improve the effects of re-engineering.
