Electronic Records Management

DKW’s Electronic Records Management team provides the following services on the ERM contract: assists in identifying, addressing, and mitigating the numerous complex issues associated with the lifecycle (creation, use/maintenance, and disposition) management of electronic records (e-records), and makes recommendations for a Records Management Application (RMA), which will be integrated into the current infrastructure with the Document Management application. The team’s IT skill sets and services are needed to manage the ever-increasing inventory of agency e-records, documents, information, email messages, and information systems.
